You can initiate a return or exchange if:

Note: If the outer package appears tampered or damaged, we advise checking the contents against the invoice before accepting the delivery. If there's an issue, report it within 48 hours of delivery by writing to care@diademstore.com.
How to Return a Product?

Retain the original packaging, invoice, and product in unused condition until you receive return instructions from our team.

All returned items must be securely sealed.

The safe return of the product is the customer’s responsibility.
Our team will inspect the returned product for the stated issue and take prompt remedial action.
If it's found that the damage or issue occurred due to customer mishandling, any modifications or corrections will be chargeable.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any item under any circumstances.
However, if the error is from our end, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
Return Request Window
You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
No worries — our courier partner will collect the item from your delivery address, once your return is confirmed by our team.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted under any condition.
